Ingredients: Organic Marigold Flower (Whole & Cuts)
Usage: To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 1/2 teaspoons of herb. Cover and steep for 5 minutes, strain and serve immediately. The bitterness and nutiness are natural properties of this plant. May add natural sweeteners according to your preference. For cooking, add as a herbal ingredient according to your recipe.
